Last updated: 17 September 2026. These policies apply to purchases from Assist Infotech, a brand of Smart Solutions (GSTIN 33AJJPG5817H2ZA), Flat No. 166/2, Ground Floor, 4th Avenue, Shanthi Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
- Service plan prices are starting prices. Custom scope may be quoted separately before work begins.
- An order is confirmed once the payment is received and verified. A GST invoice is issued for every confirmed order.
Payments
We accept UPI (via QR code) and Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets). For UPI payments, you must submit the correct transaction ID. Orders with payment references that can't be verified will not be processed.
Websites we build
- Demo websites on this site are our own work, shown so you can judge quality before buying. The businesses in them are fictional and the content is sample content.
- Your website is built with your content. You confirm you have the right to use the text, photos and logos you send us.
- Once the project is paid in full, the design and code of your website are yours. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock images stay under their own licences.
- Timelines run from the day we receive your content and approvals.
SEO
- We use white-hat methods only. We don't buy spam links or use techniques that put your site at risk.
- Search rankings are decided by Google and can move for reasons outside our control, so no agency — including us — can guarantee a position, traffic figure or revenue.
- SEO plans run month to month with a three-month minimum, because meaningful work takes that long to show.
WhatsApp services
WhatsApp CRM and marketing services must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, including the opt-in requirement. Meta's message charges and advertising spend are payable separately unless included in a plan. Approval of templates, display names and verification badges is decided by Meta.
Websites & marketing
Timelines depend on receiving your content and approvals on time. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins and ad spend are billed at actual cost. Results from advertising and SEO can vary and are not guaranteed.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
