What we collect
- Details you give us at checkout or in forms: name, company, WhatsApp number, email, state, city, address, GSTIN and notes.
- Payment references: the UPI transaction ID or Razorpay payment ID, and any payment screenshot you upload. We never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
- To process your order, issue GST invoices and deliver your website or service.
- To send order updates and invoices by WhatsApp and email.
- To reply to your enquiries and provide support.
- To meet tax and legal obligations, such as keeping invoice records.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business: Razorpay (payments), our WhatsApp Business API provider (messages), our email provider and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not sell contact lists or databases.
Retention & your rights
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by contacting us. Reply “STOP” on WhatsApp to stop promotional messages.
Cookies & storage
Our website stores your cart in your browser's local storage so it isn't lost between pages. We don't use advertising cookies unless we tell you so.
