Refund & Cancellation Policy

Website projects

Cancel before we start design work for a full refund.
Once design work has started, we refund what's left after deducting the work already completed, as agreed with you in writing.
After your website is live and handed over, the project fee is non-refundable.

One-time services (audits, setup, Google Business Profile)

Cancel before work starts for a full refund.
Once the audit or setup has been delivered, it's non-refundable.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time before your next billing cycle. There are no charges after cancellation.
The current month is non-refundable once work or access for that month has begun.
Ad spend already used and Meta message charges can't be refunded.
SEO plans have a three-month minimum. After that, cancel any time before the next billing date.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For UPI payments, refunds go back to the same UPI ID.
