Refund Policy – AssistInfotech

At AssistInfotech, we value our clients and strive to provide the best digital services and software solutions. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Policy

All payments made to AssistInfotech are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly stated in this policy.

Once a service is activated, delivered, or a subscription is initiated, no refunds will be processed.


2. Software & Subscription Services

This includes but is not limited to:

  • WhatsApp CRM & API

  • Auto Dialer

  • Any other SaaS or software tools

Refund Rules:

  • Subscription fees (monthly/annual) are non-refundable once activated.

  • Partial usage of a subscription period does not qualify for a refund.

  • If you cancel before the renewal date (with a minimum of 7 days’ notice), the subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the unused period.


3. Project-Based Services (Website, App, SEO, Digital Marketing)

Payments made for:

  • Website Development

  • Mobile App Development

  • SEO

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns

are strictly non-refundable once:

  • Project work has started

  • Designs or concepts are shared

  • Any part of the service is delivered

Advance payments are also non-refundable under any circumstances.


4. Service Delays or Client Non-Responsiveness

No refunds will be issued for delays caused by:

  • Late content submission

  • Delay in approvals

  • Non-cooperation from the client side


5. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Server issues of third-party providers

  • Internet/network failures

  • Policy restrictions by WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or any other third-party platform

However, our team will provide all possible technical support to resolve issues as per the active support plan.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of AssistInfotech Management in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Proven technical failure directly caused by our system before service activation

In such cases, official verification is mandatory.


7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business working days

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method


8. Policy Updates

AssistInfotech reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
